Week 8 Progress

1. Overall, I am not thrilled with my performance so far. I have struggled a lot getting in a weekly habit and routine, which has led me to miss quite a few assignments and not take advantage of the extra credit every week. This week and last I have done a lot better and am getting better at getting a routine, but I still struggle because of my semester being harder than anticipated. I enjoy the reading and project assignments, as well as the storytelling. It is not that I don't do them because I don't like them, I just lose time. 

2. Right now I am in the C range, but after this week and the extra credit, I can move up to a B. I am definitely going to do my best to not miss any assignments from now on to keep myself out of the whole I got in the first semester. Also, I want to do more extra credit opportunities.

Introduction to Payton Hall

Hello, my name is Payton hall! I am currently a Junior here at OU and I am studying Accounting. People are sometimes shocked I have chosen public accounting as a career but I have a natural talent for it so I am excited to keep pursuing it. I have an internship already lined up in Dallas next year with Grant Thorton so I am very excited about that. I am from Texas even though I was originally born in California. I have lived in Arlington ever since I was super young and grew up there. I have 2 sisters that I am close with, as well as my mom and dad. A Prince, Roger, looked out of his castle window high above the land and wondered what else could be out there. His father, the king, had always told him one day he would be able to explore and see whatever he wants in the land. Roger hated being patient. He loved exploring the castle and wandering around but never understood why he could not explore outside the castle property.
